On the 1st of August CropSafe had the opportunity to collaborate with HouseHack - a virtual Hackathon looking to pair innovative student thinkers with up and coming businesses in order to provide solutions and ideas to their biggest problems! CropSafe presented the students with a series of problem sets revolved around how CropSafe could best connect the farming community and encourage knowledge sharing across the board.
On the day, our three great students, George, Lily and Soma tackled the problems together and came up with great ideas linked to things like expanding CropSafe's brand identity, forging partnerships as well as presenting different types of referrals schemes.
Through allowing the students to truly pick apart the current affairs of our company and farming sector, we have been able to set plans in action to use their brilliant advice to implement real change in the way we do business. We would like to thank the HouseHack team and the amazing students for working with us on this project!
We hope it has been not only a challenging and fun experience but also a learning opportunity for each side!
